This site is operated by SecuFlag LLC, Allen Park, Michigan. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders are an offer, not a contract
Submitting an order and paying does not create a binding sale. Every order is subject to verification, and we reserve the right to decline any order for any lawful reason. A declined order is refunded in full. See order verification.
Who may buy
SecuFlag™ products are sold for use by churches, security teams, and related organizations. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to order on behalf of the organization you name.
Intended use
SecuFlag™ is an identification device. It is not body armor, not a weapon, not a medical device, and it does not confer any law enforcement authority. Misrepresenting yourself as law enforcement is a crime in most jurisdictions, and these products must not be used that way. TODO(michael): have a lawyer review this section specifically.
Training is your responsibility
Deployment speed depends on practice. It is on you and your organization to train with the product and to set your own policies for when identification is displayed.
Warranty and liability
TODO(michael): a lawyer should write this section. It needs to cover the limited warranty you actually offer, a disclaimer of implied warranties to the extent permitted by Michigan law, and a limitation of liability. Do not launch with this placeholder.

SecuFlag is a trademark of SecuFlag LLC. Patent pending. Site content, product design, and photography are owned by SecuFlag LLC.
Governing law
