Why does my order not ship right away?
Every order is verified by hand before it ships, to confirm it is going to a church, security team, or related organization. That normally takes 1 to 2 business days. Units are also made to order, so allow a few days after verification before a tracking number arrives.
When is my card charged?
At checkout, in full. If your order cannot be verified, the entire amount including shipping is refunded and nothing ships.
What if I am not a church?
That is fine. Schools, synagogues and mosques, clinics, event teams, private security firms, trainers, and consultants all order regularly. Tell us who you are at checkout, or ask before ordering if you would rather be sure first.
How fast does it actually deploy?
Under two seconds, one-handed, from a standing start. That figure assumes you have practiced the motion. Most people are well under two seconds after ten repetitions with a Trainer.
How does it attach?
The housing is 2.5 by 0.75 inches and ships with a split ring and a carabiner clip, so it rides on your keychain, a belt loop, or a bag strap. No dedicated holster and nothing that prints through a shirt.
Can I practice with the live unit?
No. The live unit has a breakaway tab and is designed to deploy once. That is what makes it reliable under stress. Use the SecuFlag™ Trainer, which is the same draw in a reusable housing with no lettering and no breakaway tab, for drills.
What is the difference between the Trainer and the live unit?
The Trainer has an orange housing with no SECURITY lettering, no reflective panel, and no breakaway tab, so it can be repacked and reused indefinitely. It is a practice device and must not be carried as live identification.
What exactly is wrong with B-stock units?
Something cosmetic: off-center or doubled stitching, a printing or lettering flaw, a mark on the housing, or a shade variation in the orange panel. Function, materials, panel size, and reflective lettering are unaffected. Units with functional defects are destroyed, not discounted.
Is there a limit on how many I can order?
The site caps each item at 25 units per order. Beyond that, use the wholesale form and you will get volume pricing and a lead time.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. Checkout only accepts US shipping addresses. If you are outside the US and need units, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Why is it not on Amazon?
Because a marketplace gives us no way to check who is buying security identification. Selling direct costs sales; it is the only way to control where these end up.
What does it cost to equip a team?
Live units are $12.99 each and trainers are $8.99. A twelve-person team with one live unit and one trainer each runs about $263.76 before shipping. B-stock brings that down further.
Can I return it?
Yes. See the refund policy for the current terms, and if something arrived wrong, say so and it will be made right.
