Refund policy

Orders we cannot verify
If your order cannot be verified as going to a church, security team, or related organization, it is refunded in full — including shipping — and nothing ships. There is no restocking fee and no partial refund in this case.
Returns
TODO(michael): set your return window and condition requirements. A common starting point: unused units in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, with return shipping paid by the customer.
Deployed units
The live unit has a breakaway tab and is designed to deploy once. A deployed unit cannot be returned as unused. This is exactly why the Trainer exists — practice on that.
B-stock
B-stock is sold with disclosed cosmetic defects and is not returnable for a cosmetic reason, since that is the basis of the discount. It is fully returnable for a functional defect, on the same terms as first-quality units. See B-stock for what is and is not affected.
Defective or damaged items
If a unit does not work as described, or arrives damaged, contact us within TODO(michael): number of days of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded. Photos help but are not required.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post them.
